8:00am Morning Prayer at St Mary’s
10:00am Parish Eucharist, with Holy Baptism at St Mary’s
11:00am Morning Prayer at St James
4:00pm “The 4 o’clock” at St Mary’s

Diary Dates - Forthcoming events and activities
The Amazing Parish Picnic on Sunday 12th July
There will be a Combined Service at 10.30am followed by a Picnic until 2:00pm. This is a whole, all-age, parish event
including the St James’ 11:00am Congregation and the 10:00am and 4:00pm St Mary’s Congregations.
Bring your own picnic lunch and drinks and bring chairs to sit on!
There will be games, races and activities for children-kids bring a wellie!
If it’s wet, we’ll move into St Mary’s Millennium Centre.

Regular Events
Deysbrook Village Centre invites you to a Fareshare event every Tuesday between 10:00am and 12:00pm.  See the
notice at the back of Church.
St Mary’s Lunch Club meets every Wednesday from 12 noon, in St Mary’s Millennium Centre.  Come along for a light
lunch and a chat with friends.
All Welcome
5K@St J - St James’ Café is open every Thursday, during term time, from 11:00am.  All welcome.
Other News & Information
For the Attention of St Mary’s Readers, Intercessors and Eucharistic Ministers:  Your Rota for July through to
October 2015 has been e-mailed to those of you with an e-mail address, and there are hardcopies available at the
back of St Mary’s for those of you who don’t, or have no printer.
Weekly Giving Envelopes.  We currently have 43 signed-up boxed-envelope givers, but ideally we’d like to get the
number up to 100.  If you would like to sign up, then please pass your details to one of the Wardens or our Gift Aide Office,
Dave Hale, who will arrange to get you a set. 
Prayers for the Sick at St Mary’s. We want to pray by name, for those in our Parish who are sick.  If you know of
somebody, and would like them prayed for, please write their name(s) in the book at the back of Church.

Church Attendance Recording (School Forms).
Please note:  You are signing to record your child’s attendance at Church.  Please only sign if the child you are signing for is
with you todayAbsent children must not be “signed in”.  And if you haven’t already done so, please complete a
Registration Form for each child you sign in.
NB Attendance recording will be suspended after Services on Sunday, July 19th, and will resume on Sunday, September 6th,
The 17th Fairfield Scout Group Needs Your Help.  We are currently looking for Leaders and Occasional Helpers to assist
in the running of Section Evenings.  Each Section meets during Term Time only   If you’re interested and fancy having a go,
please contact me, Steve Parry, Group Scout Leader, on 0151 270 1875.
The North Liverpool Foodbank: Our local Foodbank at St Andrew’s is very grateful for all the donations received. 
Please place your contributions in hamper at the back of St Mary’s.
Volunteers required to help serve refreshments after the 10 o’clock Service on Sundays at St Mary’s. If you’re willing to
join the rota, please speak to Barbara Moore or Sue in the Office.
Marion Farrell at St Mary’s collects used postage stamps for charities and other good causes.  If you have any you don’t
want, please bring them along and put them in the box at the back of St Mary’s
